Terms of Service
These terms apply to every Robot Craftsman order. Please read them before you buy, and contact us if anything is unclear.

Agreement
Any order placed with Robot Craftsman (“we”, “us”), online, by phone, fax, mail, text, email or verbally, directly or through a dealer, means you have read and accept all of the terms on this page.
Warranty

Damage is not covered. Cracks, splits and dents are examples of damage.
Caring for carbon fiber
The carbon weave itself is very stable. What protects and shows it is the resin and the gloss or matte clear coat on top, and those are polymers. UV light slowly breaks polymers down and heat speeds this up, so a part that spends long periods in direct sun can yellow, fade or turn hazy over time. Harsh degreasers, abrasive compounds and solvent-based waxes can also strip the clear coat.
Before installation
Store parts indoors in a cool, dry place, lying flat or fully supported. Avoid leaving them outside for long periods in direct sun, rain or extreme heat and cold.
After installation
Park in a garage or in the shade when you can. Wash with a pH-neutral car shampoo, avoid harsh degreasers and abrasive polishes, and keep the finish protected with a UV-rated wax or ceramic coating.
We strongly recommend PPF. If you plan to keep your car and these parts for a long time and want them to stay looking their best, have the carbon fiber parts wrapped in paint protection film (PPF). It shields the clear coat from UV, stone chips and scratches.

- All products are intended for off-road use only, and only for their intended purpose.
- Items may not be legal for street use in all states. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
- You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your vehicle. We are not responsible for your installation, modification, or unusual stress placed on the products.
- Because of strict U.S. federal and state crash-safety guidelines, Robot Craftsman is not responsible or liable for any damage or injury from an accident, whether caused by a defective product, driver error, incorrect installation, bad judgment or an act of nature.
- We are not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, to vehicles or to the drivers and passengers inside them.
Where to buy
The warranty covers genuine Robot products bought from Robot Craftsman or a Robot Craftsman dealer. Products bought anywhere else are not covered.

We keep stock levels on the website as up to date as we can, but they may not always be exact. If you need a part shipped right away, just call or email us and we’ll confirm it’s in stock before you order.
